  1. Great article with both excellent advice and fine music. Thinking of gratefulness for what we have, our own body is a totally amazing piece of kit making us a walking miracle! Yet we worry and fret far too much, often forgetting that we have in most cases much more to be thankful for. Your article reminded me what the the great character and writer G.K. Chesterson once wrote : ”You say grace before meals. All right. But I say grace before the concert and the opera, and grace before the play and pantomime, and grace before I open a book, and grace before sketching, painting, swimming, fencing, boxing, walking, playing, dancing and grace before I dip the pen in the ink.” I think by doing that it would be impossible to be a grumpy old man. I think we can learn well from both G.K and Eric!
